Here we have a very busy species of Predatory beetle from Egypt which is always active, especially if kept together in groups of several individuals.
They are currently feeding on meal worms and thriving. They require 4 - 6 inches of substrate made from sand and topsoil mix. A water dish is not recommended, occasional spraying is all they need as they get most of their moisture from their food. A hide must be provided.
