Most millipedes are very secretive, try looking in the enclosure at night, put some soft veg in (cucumber is usually a favourite) and see if it has been eaten by the morning or simply wait. Millipedes hide underground while they are moulting and it is not unusual for this process to take several weeks. Don't try to dig them up as the are very fragile at this time
